Subjects

Our curriculum has been designed, and is regularly reviewed, involving our whole school community. On the left, you can find detailed information about each of our curriculum subjects, including how they progress through the school.  If you have any questions, please contact the school office and we will happily talk through our curriculum offer. 

Knowledge Organisers:

Each unit in our curriculum has a knowledge organiser. Some of these are taken from schemes we use (e.g. Suffolk Art and Design) but many have been written by subject co-ordinators. They:

• Identify prior knowledge that the children should already have learnt
• Identify the new knowledge to be covered in this unit
• List the new key vocabulary to be used, learnt and understood
• Links to the area(s) of the curriculum intent that is/are met within this unit  (shown in the top right-hand corner)
• Contain key images/models/links to further enhance learning
