To celebrate our Maths Mastery journey this year, we are hosting 2 super special events on the last week of term:

Monday 22nd May - 6-7pm in the school hall, a FREE 'Introduction to Maths Mastery' workshop for parents and school governors, run by local maths education expert Chris Gallagher of SolvEd (http://www.solve-ed.com/). Chris will be giving you an insight/introduction to what mastery looks like in mathematics both to you and your child in a school setting. Tea, coffee and cakes will be provided.

Wednesday 24th May -  This will be our first (of hopefully many) whole school maths days, where the children will be taking part in a range of mathematical games and activities throughout the day to challenge their thinking and see maths in many different ways. Parents, carers, grandparents, governors etc. are all invited to join the children from 9:00-10:30am and learn more about how maths mastery is used in our school.
