In the event of snow arriving, please note the following:

• The school will be kept open if at all possible, even if we have to operate on reduced staffing (maintaining statutory ratios)
• You will be notified of the decision to close the school through local radio ( in the past this has been BBC Suffolk) and on the internet http://schoolclosures.suffolk.gov.uk
• The decision will be made at the earliest possible time once Mrs Wells has spoken to staff about road conditions at their home.
• Please do not phone school to enquire whether we are open. We will need to maintain an open phone line.
• In these circumstances we will quite understand if pupils are a little late.
