Birthday lunch request

Your child can celebrate their birthday with a special lunch. They may invite seven friends to sit with them, choose the menu, have a birthday cake and a decorated table.

Administration of medicine

You can give your permission for member of staff to administer medicine to your child in school. 

Child absence

Apply for permission to take time off school in exceptional circumstances. Please allow at least five days' notice for this request to be processed whenever possible.
